The Atlanta Fire House Development Program

Beginning with the "Learn to Skate" and "Learn to Play" programs, The Cooler graduates Learn To Play Hockey level 4 players into The Atlanta Fire House Development Program. We offer two House League seasons. The Fall season typically runs from August to February, with the teams (Squirt and above)playing games against four other metro area programs. The Spring season typically runs from March through June, with the teams playing other teams within our rink.

The program continues to develop the advanced player through the nationally recognized Atlanta Fire Travel Hockey Program. The Atlanta Fire concluded the 2010-2017-2018-2019 seasons by winning  the USA Hockey National Championship Tournaments. Fire alumni have continued on to successful careers at the prep, junior, NCAA, and professional levels.

The Spring House Development Program

Each skill session will have a specific theme to peak the player’s interest in the game.

The Fall House Development Program

The Fall Atlanta Fire House development hockey program, in conjunction with the Cooler Learn To Play Hockey program, envisions a multi layered skill development approach for all youth hockey players.  Capitalizing on the key skill acquirement years (9-12) our program is designed to get the young players puck touches. Implementing professionally structured practices, and skill development ice sessions, our goal is to help the players reach their talent ceiling. This program (10U and up) will compete in the AYHL (Atlanta Youth Hockey League) and compete against the surrounding rinks in Atlanta, giving it a "Travel light" feel!
